Приводит /etc/apt/sources.list к такому виду

deb http://mirror.yandex.ru/ubuntu jammy-updates multiverse
deb http://mirror.yandex.ru/ubuntu jammy-backports main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy-security main restricted
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy-security universe

и запускаем

do-release-upgrade -d
